Installation Service
Contain your costs by using UES Seating as your sub-contractor for install.
Our experienced team installs & takes responsibility for our product on your vessel, ensuring your investment in quality furniture is installed in the best and most efficient way possible.
We provide you 1 quote for all costs.
We perform a QC and Safety report when completed
We are able to coordinate installation to comply with safety standards as set out by IMO HSC standards when required.
In order to complete installation, we require:
- 100% of installation to be completed in 1 or 2 visit periods as stated in our quote
- 10 days notice prior an install date of scheduling changes
- free and unobstructed access to vessel for the duration of installation
- coordination with flooring team & flooring free from debris
- sufficient access to power for tooling & appropriate internal lighting
- adequate crane & forklift support

Service & Maintenance Check
UES Seating is able to align with vessel maintenance schedules, all service & maintenance checks include:
- Visual Inspection
A detailed visual inspection of all bench components - Physical Inspection
A physical inspection of all fastened components to be performed on an annual basis. This will consist of handling all benches to feel for any loose fasteners or damage to the panels and cast components. Any loose fasteners are to be tightened to the correct torque rating - Fastener Inspection
A randomised inspection of 10% of all bench fasteners to be performed every 5 years. This will consist of randomly selecting fasteners across all benches and checking they have maintained the recommended torque. Any loose fasteners are to be tightened to the correct torque rating. - INOX
Apply INOX spray to all fasteners
